Video game timer for kids

July 9th 2009 23:27
You can purchase a cheap egg timer and set it so that you know when to stop your children or yourself so that you can find something else to do with your time other than playing games. Or you can purchase the Game Dr.

John Morrisey invented the Game Dr which is basically a timer that allows you to set a base time so that video games are the only thing that your kids do during their spare time. It's pretty cool, but for $30 there are alternatives. But, to have an actual game timer makes it cooler.

It actually has an option that lets you set the amount of time that the console can be used on a daily or weekly basis, which is another reason it's a tad better than a regular kitchen timer.
