Game1 set to storm Australia
October 3rd 2006 08:35
Each year, there are scores of major gaming expos around the world. Major developers, publishers, the press, and often the public, get to try out the latest and greatest games, get a peek of the new ones on the way, or compete in competitions and game tournaments.
Up until now, Australia has never had a major game expo. However, all that is set to change this year, as Game1 hits Melbourne on the weekend of the 4th and 5th of November in Melbourne, and the 2nd and 3rd of December in Sydney.
Game1 will be huge, and will include a massive, 36 hour gaming tournament at each event, featuring some of the most popular games of recent times. For all the info on the event, including competition entry information, visit Game1's official website here.
